NAKSA 70 CASE

As of 18th April 2011, an optional enclosure is available from Aspen for the NAKSA 70. This case is fabricated in monocoque of sturdy 3mm aluminium, CNC punched and bent, and is specifically designed for the NAKSA 70 in tough, powder coated satin black. Here is a picture of the front of the enclosure with top removed:

This shows the elegant single piece design and construction of the case, which measures 364W x 250D x 65H and is extremely compact, making it highly suited to any listening room. A 1.6mm powder coated top cover with folded front lip is also supplied and screws directly into the six visible nutserts. Note that the single amplifier pcb, which incorporates both channels and a complete dual power supply, is bolted to the base of the enclosure which doubles as heatsink. (Note that in this photograph the power earth from the IEC mains socket at the left rear is not yet connected to the chassis earth stud inside the enclosure).

Power switch, IEC switched and fused power entry module, and binding posts are optional. The front panel LED indicator and RCA inputs are supplied with the kit.
